ORDER PROCESSING
Processing your order usually takes 2-3 days. Please note that during sales and holidays, additional processing time may be required. We are committed to environmental responsibility and therefore, we aim to minimize the use of boxes and materials. However, if any of your items require additional processing time, we will promptly inform you.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $85 lower 48 states only.
After our carrier picks up your package and scans it, a shipping label will be generated. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates.
Please note that we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we are not offering international shipping outside of USA, Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
HOLIDAYS AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We do not ship packages on the following U.S. holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day
Expedited orders placed during a holiday, or during the weekend of a holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make diligent efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date product inventory information. If the availability of a product changes, we will communicate this change directly to you.
PRICING POLICY
All the prices listed in our store, both in-person and online, are denominated in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes in accordance with state and local laws. Please note that prices, availability, and delivery rates are subject to change.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Margo Vidal LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
