RETURNS

We understand that shopping for fragrance online can be difficult, which is why we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Margo Vidal LLC. Please don't hesitate to contact us at support@margovidal.com if you have any questions or would like recommendations before making your purchase.

That's why we offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that the item is in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at support@margovidal.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

It is important that you inspect your order as soon as you receive it. In case the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

If you find that your order has arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage. Please make sure to report any damaged products within 48 hours and before using the product for the first time.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. However, please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process may vary. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@margovidal.com for further assistance.

To process returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you will be responsible for all charges associated with returning your item, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

EXCEPTIONS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards, sale items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, or discontinued items. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please be aware that products such as candles, wax melts, and related items are susceptible to softening or melting during shipping in warm temperatures. We cannot be held responsible for products that become damaged or melted due to prolonged exposure to hot temperatures. To ensure that your order arrives in good condition, we strongly advise you to have it delivered to an air-conditioned location such as a business or home where someone can receive it. Please note that leaving packages outside during hot temperatures can cause candles and related items to melt, and we cannot be held liable for any resulting damage.
